What Qued is

Qued is a technology platform that helps patients find doctors and clinics, book clinic or home visits where offered, and reach those locations using Google Maps. Qued does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a party to the relationship between a patient and a healthcare provider.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Accounts may not be shared, resold or used to scrape or copy the directory.
• We may suspend an account that is misused, abusive or fraudulent.

Bookings

A booking request is confirmed by the clinic or doctor. Slots shown reflect the availability published by the provider; occasional changes, delays or cancellations by the provider are possible and are outside our control.

Home visits are available only where the doctor or clinic has opened that option. When you book one you must supply the correct address, map location and access details.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Patients and authorised clinic staff can cancel or reschedule through the app. Individual clinics may operate their own notice periods and charges; those are set by the clinic, not by Qued.

Fees and payments

Consultation fees are set by the doctor or clinic and shown before you confirm a booking. Payments made against a QR code or UPI details are made directly to the provider; the clinic records the receipt in Qued. Refunds are decided and issued by the clinic in line with its own policy.

Reviews

You may review a provider only after a completed appointment. Reviews must be honest and your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, promotional, or that reveals someone else's personal or medical information.

Clinic and doctor obligations

• Maintain valid registrations, qualifications and licences.
• Keep availability, fees and profile information accurate.
• Handle patient information lawfully and only for care and administration.
• Grant staff only the permissions their role requires.

Directory listings

Some listings are compiled from publicly available sources for discovery purposes. They are not bookable, may be incomplete or outdated, and inclusion does not imply endorsement or any relationship with Qued. Providers may ask us to correct or remove a listing.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering or automated access.
• No attempt to access accounts, clinics or records that are not yours.
• No unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiaraansh Mariners Studio Pvt Ltd is not liable for medical outcomes, provider conduct, missed or delayed appointments, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
